Seven Years of Support. Seven Years of Growth.
How I helped a newly opened wellness center build an online presence that reflects its mission, then grew it over seven years into a site that fills events, sells gift cards, and brings in new patients.

Where Anna started
Dr. Anna Pearl, D.C. had recently opened a wellness center offering chiropractic and massage, and everything was coming through word of mouth. That’s a good sign early on. It’s also a fragile way to fill a schedule.
What she needed was less about traffic and more about representation. The center had a clear mission and a specific approach to care, and none of that existed anywhere someone could find it. Prospective patients couldn’t see what was offered, who they’d be working with, or what the practice actually stood for.
She wanted a website that made the business visible, explained the services plainly, and reflected the values the practice was built on.
Building the foundation
We built a website site designed around the practice rather than around a template.
The services needed to be explained clearly, in language a patient would use, so someone landing on the site could understand what chiropractic care and massage would actually involve for them. The team needed faces and credentials, because people choosing a practitioner are choosing a person. And the whole thing needed to carry the mission of the practice, not just list what it sold.
That last part was the brief that mattered most. Anna wasn’t looking for a professional-looking website in the generic sense. She wanted one that felt like her business.
Seven years of building on it
The practice grew steadily, adding services and adding practitioners. The site was expanded to match, and most of that work came from Anna telling me what the business needed next.
New service and pricing pages. As offerings expanded, so did the site. Each new service got its own explanation rather than being folded into a list.
Written content that sounds like the practice. Ongoing copy for new pages and sections, written to stay on-brand as the business evolved, along with positioning work as the practice’s focus sharpened.
Events. An events calendar and collections, so the center could promote workshops and classes directly rather than relying on social posts that disappear.
A HIPAA-compliant appointment request form. Intake needed to be simple for patients and appropriate for a healthcare setting. This one changed the day-to-day more than it sounds like it would.
Online gift card purchases. A revenue stream the practice couldn’t offer before, running without staff involvement.
Review widgets. Social proof pulled onto the site where prospective patients actually see it.
SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. Ongoing work to make the practice findable, including for the more specialized services that people search for specifically.
Alongside all of it, seven years of conversations about marketing direction — what to promote, what to build next, where the practice was heading.
Where the practice is now
Inquiries come in consistently, and intake is smoother. The appointment request form handles what used to be a phone call and a callback.
Events fill up. Being able to promote and take signups directly has meant more people at more workshops.
Gift cards sell online. Revenue that simply wasn’t available before the site could handle it.
The practice is more visible, including for its niche services. Organic traffic has grown, and the more specialized offerings get found by the people specifically looking for them.
Patients trust the practice before they walk in. A site that clearly presents the team, the credentials, and the approach does a meaningful amount of work before anyone books.
Staff answer fewer repetitive questions. Services, pricing, booking, insurance — the answers are on the site, so the front desk isn’t fielding the same four questions all day.
And Anna hasn’t had to think about her website in seven years. It gets updated, expanded, and maintained without her chasing anyone.
“I absolutely loved working with Myles. He helped create a meaningful online presence that matched the vision and mission of my business. He has been nothing but supportive and creative over the many years we have worked together.”

What made it work
Anna’s website in 2019 was right for the practice she had then. It would be badly out of step with the practice she runs now.
Almost nothing on the site today came from a plan made at the start. The events calendar, the intake form, the gift cards, the pricing pages — each one came from Anna describing a problem or an opportunity, and the two of us working out what would solve it. That kind of work only happens if someone’s still there when the need shows up.
Seven years on, the list isn’t finished.
