Anna opened her wellness center in 2018, and we built a site that reflected the practice she was starting. As the practice grew, the site grew with it.
An easily updated events calendar, HIPAA-compliant intake forms, integrations to sell online gift cards, pricing and services pages—each new feature came from Anna describing something the practice needed and the two of us working out what would solve it.

What counts as requested work?
Content updates, design tweaks, adding or adjusting functionality, plus calls and video tutorials if you’d rather I walk you through something. To give you some practical examples:
- Text and copy changes
- Swapping or adding images
- Moving existing content around
- Navigation changes
- Adding or removing a promo banner or pop-up
- Publishing a blog post you’ve written
- Adding or updating links to your scheduler, videos, or other tools
- Updating hours, pricing, staff, or service details
- Small design tweaks like layout updates or changing fonts and colors in a section
Larger pieces of work, like new pages, redesigns, or building out new features, are quoted separately, though plan clients get priority scheduling and discounted rates.
What if I need more than my included hours?
Anything beyond your monthly hours is billed hourly, and maintenance clients have access to discounted hourly retainers if you know you’ll need more time regularly. I’ll always let you know before starting anything that would go over.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, hours reset each month. If you know you’ll need more time on a regular basis, a discounted hourly retainer usually makes more sense than a bigger plan.
How do I request work?
Just email me. I’ll reply within 1 business day, let you know when it’ll be done, and take it from there.
Do you take on websites you didn't build?
Sometimes, though there’s a $299 setup fee first. That covers a full audit and cleanup of your plugins, connecting your analytics and search console, getting the site tuned up, and setting up uptime monitoring. Once that’s done, you can go on either plan.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
Note that if you do cancel, you will be responsible for purchasing your own hosting plan and transferring your site within 30 days of cancellation. I will give you all the necessary files, hosting recommendations, and instructions on how to handle the transfer. I can also handle it for you at my standard rate of $100/hour.
Can I switch plans?
Of course. If you find you need more hours or want more strategic help, you can upgrade to the Grow plan. You can also downgrade anytime as well.
